Information collected
When you book or contact us, Google Calendar and our communication providers may collect your name, email, phone number, service address or ZIP code, appliance information, gate code, and problem description. Photos are requested separately only when useful.
How information is used
We use the information to schedule and provide service, communicate appointment changes, respond to questions, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and improve operations. We do not sell customer information.
Service providers
The website is hosted on AWS. Scheduling uses Google Calendar. Email delivery may use Porkbun forwarding and Amazon SES. These providers process information under their respective policies.
Retention and security
Access is limited to what is operationally necessary. Credentials are not exposed in website code. Planned AI call recordings are retained for up to three months and transcripts or other customer records for up to twelve months, subject to final policy and legal review. AI calling is not active at initial launch.
